  • Notes
    • Clarence Mulkin reported in 1978 that his Philip Waggy's will was "proved in Court at Harrisonburg in March 1812 [and] named his sons Abraham and Isaac Waggy as executors.... Isaac Waggy married Elizabeth Croushorn in 1813, soon after his father's death. Jacob Croushorn and the Waggy brothers had a lot of dealings with each other. In fact they were not far apart in age and appear to have become close friends."

      O.F. Morton, «i»HISTORY OF PENDLETON COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA«/i», p. 313 (1910), states: "Isaac (Elizabeth Croushorn) -- b. 1791, m. 1813, d. 1859."
